My #1 Tip for Staying Gluten & Dairy Free

Staying on track when it comes to my eating has been one one of the best things I've done for my autoimmune disease!! But it's not always easy.

In the beginning it was easier to pack a lunch than to try to be quick on my feet trying to figure out what I can eat. This helps me stay away from gluten and diary and some of the other foods that can cause my body inflammation.

In my autoimmune class that launches next Monday, I have a whole section dedicated to nutrition! We talk about the seven foods known to cause inflammation and the benefits and types of elimination diets! Stay tuned for how to receive 50% off during my prelaunch!

Embracing a Low-Tox Lifestyle

You have the power to be the gatekeeper of your home!

I know that can be intimidating, but it can also be empowering & FUN! ? I always encourage people to first switch out items that cover the most real estate. So, your household cleaner, your body wash, laundry soap. Items that you are your body comes in contact with the most. Switch those out first and switch one new thing out a month!

Here are a few more tips:

  • The shorter the ingredient list the better! And if you can pronounce the words, that’s even better

  • Avoid items with fragrance- this is just one word used to describe a series of ingredients. These ingredients that make up the fragrance are considered “trade secrets” and therefor manufactures don’t have to disclose these ingredients

I'm my autoimmune class, I show some of my favorite tips for living a low-tox lifestyle, plus share with you some of my favorite brands!!

The class launches Monday, January 25 , but stay tuned for details on how you can get 50% off during the pre-launch this Friday!! !!
