Well, I'm officially 11 days into my 30 days of Red Challenge (expect for that one day when I totally forgot, so I guess I'm really 10 days in). 

Here are some things I've noticed: 
  • I'm not as tired! I actually have more energy during the afternoons and at night 
  • I don't have my 3pm iced coffee cravings!! 
2 Wins and we are only 11 days in!!
