The list really could go on and on!!! I've put together the perfect new year perfume roller for you!! You're going to want to make this ASAP and keep it in your purse! It's been my go-to perfume roller for two years and I absolutely love it!
It's so easy to make too. All you need to do is add these three essential oils to a roller ball (like this one) and top with a carrier oil ( olive oil, coconut oil, or my favorite- V6 oil), and use this in the AM or whenever you need a pick me up!! Enjoy!!
New Year Perfume Roller:
- 15 drops Young Living Frankincense Essential Oil
- 7 drops Young Living Idaho Blue Spruce Essential Oil
- 1-3 drops Young Living Joy Essential Oil Blend
Why these oils:
- Frankincense has an earthy and uplifting aroma that's perfect for grounding and helps sustain your sense of connectedness*.
- Idaho Blue Spruce has a pleasing and relaxing evergreen aroma. It also has high percentages of alpha-pinene and limonene*- don't know what those are? Don't worry- I didn't either. But do a quick google search and you'll see what that's incredible!
- Joy is a unique essential oil, specific to Young Living. With its combination of floral and citrus essential oils, including Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Jasmine, Palmarosa, Rose, Bergamot, Lemon, and Tangerine, this unique and feminine fragrance* helps balance the evergreen aroma of Idaho Blue Spruce.
